- For urgent issues during business hours: Please email the address above or call our main number at (510) 525-6210 for tech support. That will connect you with a remote support engineer. If all of our engineers are on other calls, you will be prompted to leave a message in the support voicemail box and an engineer will call you back as soon as possible.
- Contracted Clients: For emergencies caused by a network outage either during business hours, or after hours, please call the number you have been given for after hours support.
