IT On Demand

Prepaid Support Agreement
Working under a Prepaid Support Agreement can be a cost-effective option for Clients who require on-going support. With a PPSA, Clients pre-purchase a block of hours to be used wherever and whenever the need arises—help desk, routine maintenance, emergency response, upgrades, planning, expansion—pretty much anything technology related.
Project Outsourcing
TSG provides temporary, staff to clients with specific needs, on a project basis. Projects vary from vacation support for in-house IT staff to supplemental assistance during seasonal busy periods. Rates and terms are determined on an individual basis, depending upon the requirements and duration of the job.
Incident Support (T&M)
Incident Support is generally chosen by Clients with a single project to complete, that have a requirement for special expertise, or are faced with an emergency.
